We have a no refund policy, which means cypherstig does not accept returns of any kind for all items in our shop. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Please provide the following in your email regarding order issues: 

1. Email address used for purchase
2. Proof of purchase: (ie. order number, email, receipt, or screenshot) 
3. Reasoning for problem (ie. item is damaged, defective, etc.) 

We will promptly address your concerns and alert you regarding how we intend to remediate.
